Below are four simple ways of checking your health. They are checks that can determine the quality of your life and health as it stands now; are free and can be accessed at all times provided you have an internet connection. FITNESS CHECKS
Please
answer yes or no to the following questions about your
current levels of fitness.

Do you easily get out of breath when run or
walk quickly?
2 -
Do your legs ache and feel weak when you walk up
and
down the
stairs twice?
3 -
Do you find it hard to touch your
toes?
4 - Can
you pinch an inch or less of fat from
your waist?

DISCUSSION
If you
answered yes to question one then you need to improve
your
stamina.
If you
answered yes to question two then you need to improve
your
strength.
If you
answered yes to question three then you need to improve
your
flexibility.
If you
answered yes to question four then you need to reduce
your amount of
body fat.
The
above questions are not very scientific but ask yourself
this - if you answered yes to all four questions would you
be happy?
